1. Buy
When ordering, a purchase agreement is only made when So Wear Me has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 24 hours after the order has been received by So Wear Me. If the delivery time is changed in the order, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the item is packed. So
2. Praise you
The prices include VAT at 25% for orders within the EU. When the order is confirmed, the prices can only be changed by circumstances such as Sun
3. Shipping
A weight-based shipping cost is added within Sweden. The shipping cost may change and sometimes be discounted. You see the full shipping cost at checkout.
4. Payment options/payment terms
4.1 Card payment
We use Shopify Payments/Klarna for secure card payments.
5. Deliveries
Estimated delivery time is always on the product page.
6. Delivery delays
Sometimes delivery delays from our suppliers occur beyond our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier cannot fulfill its delivery obligations towards us or problems in the manufacturing process. If that occurs, we waive responsibility for compensation to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can count on us to always let you know if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of major delivery delays.
7. Transportation
So Wear Me is responsible for transport to you as a customer. You and the transport company bear the risk in the event of a possible return to us.
8. Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible via the contact form on the page. Enter your order number and name when contacting.
9. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the item. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal/open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
This does not apply to goods that are manufactured and printed to order according to the customer's wishes.
10. Complaints
If you wish to claim a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Notify us via the contact form here on the website or via hej@sowearme.se before sending anything. Include the invoice/receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for shipping to us.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.
11. Refunds
Refunds are made via Shopify Payments/Klarna (for card payments. The amount is always refunded to the same account that was used for the purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.
12. Reservations
We reserve the right to change prices as a result of large price deviations from our suppliers, misspellings or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.
13. Protection of personal data
In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your data in our business only for the purpose of completing and providing the service you expect from us. According to the PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information that we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In that case, contact our customer service (preferably via the contact form on this page or via e-mail: hej@sosewme.se). We also assure that we will not sell or transfer any personal data.
On 25/5 2018, PUL is replaced by GDPR, which are new data protection rules that apply throughout the EU. Since we do not disclose information to third parties, this does not mean any direct difference to PUL in terms of processing your information or our relationship with you as a customer.
One difference is that we as a company must have appointed a data protection officer. At us, our CEO is the data protection officer. If you have questions about how we process your information, contact us via the contact form here on the website.

13.1 What is personal data?
Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person. -
13.2 What data do we store?
In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history. - Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.

13.3 Legal Basis
In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you.
Marketing, campaigns and similar mailings take place with your consent. -
13.4 What information is shared and for what purpose?
13.4.1 Payment provider - When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Shopify Payments/Klarna (card payments and invoice). -
13.4.2 Shipping company
In order to deliver your orders and complete our contract, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
The shipping companies we work with are: Postnord and DHL. -
13.4.3 Newsletter
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
We only use this information for sending newsletters. -
13.5 The right of access
You have the right to receive extracts from all information that we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format. -
13.6 Right to rectification
You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete. -
13.7 The right to be forgotten
You can at any time request that the data relating to you be deleted. However, there are some exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it must be kept because we have to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act). -
13.8 Responsible for data protection
So Wear Me is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed. -
13.9 How we protect your personal data
We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords in a secure manner.
We use a well-proven platform, Shopify, which itself has taken extensive measures to meet the requirements of the GDPR.
14. Package not collected
If your package arrives at a drop-off location, a notification will be sent to you via email or SMS. As a customer, you are responsible for the correctness of the mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 249.
15. Cookies
According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website for privacy purposes must be informed that cookies are used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user's browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to be saved on your computer in order to provide access to various functions. It is possible to set your browser so that it automatically refuses cookies. More information can be found on the Swedish Post and Telecommunications Authority's website.
16. Force MajeureIn the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect concluded agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep said agreement/commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.
